Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship Sprigos once orders open. Sprigos is pre-launch; first fulfillment is targeted for Q4 2026.

1. When we ship
Sprigos hasn't shipped yet – first fulfillment is targeted for Q4 2026. Founders on the list get the first word when we lock a ship date, and a tracking number the day their order leaves.

2. Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If we add other destinations, we'll update this page and show the available options at checkout.

3. Shipping options, costs & timing
Shipping methods and costs are shown and calculated at checkout based on your address. Estimated delivery times come from the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees; once your order ships, we'll email your tracking number.

4. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We may not be able to reroute a package once it's on its way, though we'll always help where we can.
