This website, sprigos.com (the “Site”), is operated by 17938691 Canada Inc., operating as Sprigos (“Sprigos,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, your participation in the launch list, and any order or subscription you place with us. By using the Site, joining a list, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and the policies they incorporate, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility & account

You may use the Site and join the launch list or purchase only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you join, create an account, or order, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account, and you agree to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

2. Products and pre-launch imagery

Sprigos offers dietary supplements. We work to describe and picture our products accurately, but product descriptions, images, ingredient information, packaging, and colors may be refined or corrected before launch.

The first shipment of either Daily or Daily+ includes one reusable Sprigos travel container. Later subscription shipments and refills do not include another travel container.

Final bottle and label artwork may differ from pre-launch images shown on the Site.

3. Early access and member pricing

Sprigos has not yet launched. Joining the launch list is free and requires only your email address. No payment method is collected and nothing is charged when you join.

Joining does not create an order, subscription, reservation, or obligation to buy. Launch-list members get access to member subscription pricing when ordering opens.

Member pricing remains attached to the same qualifying subscription while it is active, skipped, or paused. Member pricing ends if the subscription is cancelled or receives an approved first-order guarantee refund.

4. Orders, prices & billing

Prices are shown on the Site in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Once we launch, each order you place is an offer to buy that we may accept or decline. We may limit quantities per person or per order, and we may refuse or cancel an order – for example, if a product is unavailable, if there was an error in the price or description, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged for that order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for every purchase.

5. Shipping & delivery

Sprigos ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, carriers, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur outside our reasonable control.

6. Dietary supplement information

Sprigos products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements about Sprigos products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Sprigos is intended for adults 18 and over. Do not use Sprigos while pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have gallstones, bile-duct obstruction, or biliary disease, or with acarbose or miglitol.

If you take medication, use other supplements, or have a medical condition, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use. Follow the product label. Stop use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

7. Returns & refunds

We stand behind the product with the guarantee described in our Refund Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first order. The Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms; please read it for the full details, including what is and isn't eligible and how the member rate is affected if you cancel or refund.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content – including the Sprigos name, logo, and other trademarks, along with the text, graphics, images, layout, and the selection and arrangement of that content – are owned by or licensed to Sprigos and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Feedback & submissions

From time to time you may choose to send us comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews, or other feedback about our products, the Site, or our business (together, "Feedback"). Sending Feedback is entirely voluntary – nothing on the Site requires it. If you do send Feedback, you agree that we may use, reproduce, adapt, and act on it in any way and for any purpose, including to improve our products and the Site, without any obligation to keep it confidential, to credit you, to compensate you, or to respond. This simply lets us act on the many common ideas we receive without having to negotiate a separate agreement with each person who shares one; it does not affect any rights you hold in your own separate, independent creations.

The Site may link to third-party websites or make third-party services and tools available to you (for example, our email, analytics, and payment providers). We offer these for convenience and do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy, and any dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that lets us offer the Site and sell to you. Shopify's role is to provide that platform and related services; Sprigos, not Shopify, is the seller of our products and is responsible to you under these Terms.

12. Errors, inaccuracies & omissions

Occasionally information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or timelines. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information – or to cancel an order affected by an obvious error – at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted; where a cancellation follows a payment, we will refund the affected amount. We have no obligation to update information on the Site except as required by law.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual-property or other rights; to harass, abuse, or harm another person; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code; to collect or track others' personal information; to send spam or phishing, or to scrape the Site; or to interfere with or circumvent the Site's security features. We may restrict or terminate your use of the Site for breaching any of these.

14. Automated agents

If you access the Site using an automated agent or tool (including AI shopping agents), the agent must clearly identify itself, respect the Site's access controls, rate limits, and machine-readable instructions, and must not misrepresent itself as human, bypass security or bot-detection measures, or act on a person's behalf without that person's authorization. We may block or restrict automated access that doesn't meet these conditions.

15. Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Site or an account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have not complied with any part of these Terms, or where we need to in order to protect the Site, our other customers, or our business. Sections that by their nature should continue – including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification – survive termination.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

We work hard to offer a good Site and a good product, but to the fullest extent permitted by law the Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or reliable. Nothing in this section removes or limits any warranty or right that applies to you and cannot be excluded under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprigos and its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised that such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sprigos and its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers from any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, that arises out of your breach of these Terms or the policies they incorporate, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This is a standard protection so that one person's misuse of the Site doesn't become a cost carried by us or our other customers; it applies only to matters within your control, not to anything caused by us.

19. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our not enforcing a right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to (the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy) and any notices posted on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and Sprigos about the Site and replace any earlier agreements on that subject.

20. Governing law & disputes

These Terms, and any separate agreements by which we provide products to you, are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario. If you access the Site from outside our selling region, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

21. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows the current version, changes take effect when posted, and continuing to use the Site means you accept them.
